It is reported that Brahmas AI creator solution will utilize over 25 years of VFX data to generate realistic visual effects. This investment by United Al Saqer Group (UASG) will value DNEG Group at over $2 billion.

Namit Malhotra, Chairman and CEO of DNEG Group, said that this investment will accelerate the development of AI creator tools, propel the company's transformation into a global top-tier solution provider, and enhance storytelling through the latest technology and creative capabilities. DNEG Group has participated in the production of many renowned Hollywood movies, such as "Fury," "Blade Runner 2049," and "Interstellar."

With the rising costs of film production, the cost of producing visual effects-intensive movies has exceeded tens of millions of dollars, leading studios to bear the costs of animators and editors. AI CGI tools like those being developed by Brahama will help filmmakers reduce costs while creating realistic effects. Prabhu Narasimhan, Executive Chairman of Brahama, said their goal is to help movie studios transform imagination into screen works faster, cheaper, and better.

This investment from UASG will also prompt DNEG Group to establish an office and a visual experience center in Abu Dhabi to build a content production ecosystem in the Middle East. Nabil Kobeissi and Edouard Zard of UASG will join DNEG's board of directors to jointly drive the development of Brahmas innovative AI-driven CGI creator.
