Kingsoft Office announced the WPS AI 2.0 version at the 2024 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and launched its self-developed model for government affairs - the Kingsoft Government Office Model 1.0. The upgrade of WPS AI 2.0 aims to enhance office productivity for users and clients through innovative applications in the personal, enterprise, and government versions.
WPS AI Office Assistant has added four AI assistants, including AI Writing Assistant, AI Reading Assistant, AI Data Assistant, and AI Design Assistant. These assistants provide immersive writing companions, document parsing and Q&A, data calculation and analysis, and design layout features, assisting users in improving efficiency and quality during office tasks.
For enterprise users, Kingsoft Office has launched the WPS AI Enterprise Edition, which includes AI Hub, AI Docs, and Copilot Pro. This edition aims to upgrade traditional documents into intelligent document libraries, assisting enterprise users in achieving intelligent Q&A and creation within business systems while ensuring enterprise data security.
Kingsoft Office also released the WPS AI Government Edition, designed specifically for government office use, featuring intelligent writing, proofreading, searching, and Q&A functions. It has assisted in the construction of the electronic public library in the Pudong area, promoting the development of intelligent government applications.
Additionally, Kingsoft Office's WPS365 platform has further integrated document, AI, and collaboration capabilities, serving 17,000 government and enterprise users across multiple industries, and has become the official collaborative office software supplier for the Chinese Sports Delegation at the 2024 Olympics.
