Moonshot AI proudly announces the launch of Kimi Browser Extension, designed to enhance the user experience on web pages and applications. This extension offers two main features: the Query Pen and the Summary Generator.
The Query Pen allows users to select text to get instant explanations and answers; the Summary Generator is located in the bottom right corner of the webpage, helping users quickly summarize the full content. The extension supports global pop-up and sidebar modes, suitable for continuous conversation and search during writing.
Additionally, users can summon Kimi at any time using shortcuts (Command + K on Mac, Alt + K on Windows).
In the past month, Kimi has also made some experience optimizations, including the ability to directly open PDF files from WeChat within the App, search for the source of references, support for partial content copying, and the picture/photo upload feature. The web version has added support for Ctrl + C/V paste and history search functions. The dual-end synchronization update also includes a calculator function, capable of basic and function calculations, as well as a question recommendation feature, where Kimi will recommend related questions based on user questions.
