On August 5th, the National Internet Information Office released the seventh batch of algorithm registration information for domestic deep synthesis services. Among them, T3 Mobility's Lingxing Qianmo large-scale model generation synthesis algorithm successfully passed the registration. This outcome is not only an authoritative recognition of the model's compliance and security but also signifies significant progress in expanding its application scenarios.
It is reported that the Lingxing Qianmo large-scale model was jointly developed by T3 Mobility and China Telecom in November 2023, marking the first ecological large-scale model in the domestic travel industry. This model is primarily applied in three scenarios: driver-passenger services, intelligent dispatching, and travel security, aiming to enhance customer service efficiency, speed up driver order fulfillment, and make safety measures more intelligent.
In terms of driver-passenger services, the application of the Lingxing Qianmo large-scale model has shown significant results. Data indicates that T3 Mobility's human customer service efficiency has improved by over 10%, saving more than 500 hours of work time daily, equivalent to freeing up the workload of 50 human resources. This allows human customer service to focus more on providing higher quality services.
T3 Mobility stated that it will continue to explore innovative applications of the Lingxing Qianmo large-scale model in more fields, combining user needs and business scenarios. The company is committed to promoting the digital and intelligent development of the travel industry, aiming to provide users with safer, more convenient, and higher quality travel service experiences.
