Recent developments indicate that Apple Inc. may be on the verge of launching a new service—Apple Intelligence, marking a bold venture into the realm of artificial intelligence. According to analysts at Counterpoint Research, this service could be made available to users for a monthly fee as high as $20.

Counterpoint's Apple analyst, Neil Shah, stated in an interview that given the high development costs of AI technology, Apple intends to pass these costs onto consumers. "Investing in artificial intelligence is expensive, and Apple would like to shift this cost to the users," Shah explained.

Currently, Apple already offers a comprehensive service bundle—Apple One, which includes Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, Apple News Plus, and iCloud, with a monthly subscription fee of $19.95. Shah suggests that Apple might charge between $10 to $20 for more advanced features of Apple Intelligence and consider integrating it into the existing Apple One package.

This move not only reflects Apple's confidence in AI technology but also showcases its ambitious expansion in the service sector. If this plan materializes, users will be able to enjoy more advanced and personalized AI services from Apple at a relatively reasonable price, which will undoubtedly further solidify Apple's leadership in the tech services market.
