DingTalk's organizational brain introduced a series of new features in August, including Agile Organization Diagnosis, Meeting Cost Analysis, and Process Efficiency Monitoring, aimed at helping enterprise managers comprehensively understand and optimize organizational structures and operational efficiency.
The Agile Organization Diagnosis section uses a three-dimensional radar chart to visually display the company's organizational status, allowing managers to quickly identify issues and receive decision-making suggestions. The application of AI technology enables managers to have efficient dialogues with the system, gaining in-depth insights into data and analyses related to organizational efficiency.
The Meeting Cost Analysis feature allows managers to quickly view all meetings within the organization and calculate meeting costs based on hourly wages per person. This feature provides a powerful tool for meeting governance, helping companies identify unnecessary meetings, optimize scheduling, and improve meeting efficiency.
The Process Efficiency section helps managers discover and improve bottlenecks in processes through indicator analysis, speeding up approval efficiency and preventing business development from being affected by process issues.
Additionally, the mobile version of the organizational brain will soon introduce modules for knowledge efficiency and organizational structure, further assisting companies in understanding the sharing and flow of digital assets, as well as the rational layout and management of organizational structures and talent resources.
The new features are now available in the DingTalk app center, and enterprise administrators can apply for a free trial to experience the comprehensive capabilities of the organizational brain and participate in product co-creation.
