Beijing Moon's Dark Side Technology Co., Ltd. has recently announced a series of new features on its Kimi Open Platform, aimed at enhancing user experience and providing more convenience for developers.
Among these, the Kimi Open Platform has introduced a new model API called moonshot-v1-auto, which can automatically select the appropriate model based on the number of tokens required by the context, thereby helping users save costs.
The usage of moonshot-v1-auto is the same as traditional models, but it can automatically select one of the 8k, 32k, or 128k models, ensuring the same effectiveness while reducing additional costs due to improper selection.
Additionally, the Kimi Open Platform has updated the account password login method, supports account phone number re-binding, and has introduced an account balance alert feature, providing users with more flexible and convenient services.
Apart from the existing feature updates, the Kimi Open Platform has also teased an upcoming internet search feature, which will further enhance the capabilities of the Kimi API and provide developers with more innovative possibilities.
