To lower the barriers for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and accelerate their digital transformation, DingTalk has recently launched new products and features based on "low-code + AI" and "multi-dimensional table + AI". These offerings are designed to help businesses quickly implement AI applications.

Among these, DingTalk's low-code platform, Yida, has introduced three "AI premium applications" tailored for SMEs, including "Warehouse Connect", "Task Connect", and "Customer Connect". These applications provide a "plug-and-play" convenience and are cost-effective. Not only are these tools customizable based on low-code, but they also integrate AI capabilities such as text and image recognition to enhance efficiency in inventory, sales, and customer management.

For medium and large enterprises, DingTalk has launched the "Industry Solution Center", offering 12 industry-specific solutions. These solutions, in a "ready-to-eat" model, combine low-code customization capabilities with AI to allow businesses to quickly modify and adapt according to their specific needs.

Data shows that the integration of low-code and AI on DingTalk is accelerating. The number of applications on Yida has exceeded 10 million, and in just three months, over 100,000 existing low-code applications have been upgraded with AI capabilities. These developments indicate that DingTalk's Yida leads in comprehensive strength and AI content in the low-code domain in China.
