These products include: Alipay's AI lifestyle assistant "Zhi Xiao Bao," AI wealth manager "Ma Xiao Cai," and an AI health manager currently in the process of being named.
The "Zhi Xiao Bao" app is now available on major app markets, featuring a simple conversational interaction that streamlines the process of finding services. Users can input commands in natural language, which the AI assistant will execute to complete various tasks, thereby improving efficiency and reducing operational complexity. This design not only makes it easy for users to quickly get started but also allows elderly users and those less familiar with technology products to use it with ease.
Han Xin Yi emphasized at the conference that over the past two years, Ant Group has accelerated the multi-scenario application of AI technology around Alipay, covering areas such as travel, government services, healthcare, and wealth management, benefiting hundreds of millions of users. He pledged that Ant Group and Alipay will continue to promote the deep integration of AI technology, dedicated to providing users with an even better experience.
