SF Technology unveiled a vertical large language model for the logistics industry, named "Fengyu," at the Shenzhen International Artificial Intelligence Exhibition on September 8. This model demonstrated practical applications in over twenty scenarios across SF's market marketing, customer service, collection and delivery, international customs clearance, and other business segments, marking a significant advancement in the logistics industry's use of artificial intelligence.

The Fengyu large language model is dedicated to addressing the pain points of the logistics industry, offering a highly diverse range of application scenarios. It efficiently empowers various roles within the logistics sector, enabling practitioners to rapidly become seasoned experts in their fields. The model has seen substantial improvements in application effectiveness and domain-specific capabilities compared to general-purpose bases, while also achieving a balance between effectiveness and usage costs, making it accessible for every business to leverage large models for empowerment.

In market marketing and customer service, the application of the Fengyu large model accelerates business opportunity conversion, helps customer service quickly extract key information from customer dialogues, and forms service summaries. It also identifies opportunities in customer feedback to enhance service quality. Currently, the accuracy rate of summaries based on the large model exceeds 95%, reducing the average processing time after customer dialogues by 30%.

For SF's delivery personnel, known as "brothers," the Fengyu large model provides one-on-one training from the start of their employment and offers answers to various questions during daily collection and delivery tasks, such as whether items can be shipped or if insurance is recommended. The model achieves over 98% accuracy in identifying issues for the brothers, saving an average of 3 minutes per session.

This allows different business organizations to set up their own large model question-answering robots within a day, fully empowering SF's various businesses.

In international customs clearance scenarios, the Fengyu large model can quickly determine whether items meet the customs clearance standards of relevant countries and standardize the declaration of goods according to the requirements, thereby improving clearance efficiency.
