Since its launch in 2019, Glean's Work AI solution has evolved from an AI-driven enterprise search engine into a comprehensive solution including an enterprise AI assistant and a custom generative AI application building platform. The company's latest features include the next-generation prompt function, designed to help users of all skill levels adopt AI technology. Additionally, Glean has introduced embedded solutions such as Glean Assist for Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance the efficiency of customer support teams.

Apoorv Agrawal, a partner at Altimeter, believes that Glean has not only developed impressive technical solutions in the competition to apply generative AI in the workplace but also established a robust business model and a growing base of loyal customers. Rahul Mehta, Executive Partner at DST Global, highlighted Glean's strengths in data understanding, search, and RAG technology, as well as its focus on enterprise needs, positioning it as a leader in the work AI field.

Eddie Zhou, Head of AI at Glean, previously noted in an interview with PYMNTS that enterprise AI enhances internal search capabilities by analyzing data patterns, providing recommendations, and uncovering valuable insights, bringing value to every knowledge worker.
