Based on the latest survey results, there is a 20-fold increase in the demand for AI skills globally. However, in the past year, only 13% of employees have received AI training provided by their employers. Despite the employees' eagerness to embrace AI applications, there is a lag in enterprises providing AI training for their staff. This imbalance has created a gap between the demand for skills and the opportunities for training.
