Rabbit R1 CEO, Lyu Cheng, recently revealed that over the past six months, Rabbit R1 has undergone 16 updates, including bug fixes, reduced response times, and the addition of minor features. Additionally, Lyu announced that Rabbit R1 will launch a new model, the Large Action Model (LAM), on October 1st.

In the past six months, R1 has experienced multiple wireless updates and currently can only transact with seven specific services such as Uber and Spotify. Lyu acknowledged that the early high expectations might have been overly optimistic, but he emphasized that the new LAM will offer a broader range of functions, allowing users to perform tasks such as purchasing concert tickets, registering on websites, and playing online games.

The LAM operates on a step-by-step architecture, interacting by analyzing web content. Lyu demonstrated how it can automatically search for domain names and complete registrations, showcasing its potential for executing simple online operations. Although LAM currently does not support user-based features, Rabbit plans to introduce a hooking mechanism in the future to protect user information during logins.

Although the proxy is still in its "playground version," Lyu stated that there will be more improvements in the future, including optimizing the user interaction experience. Currently, Rabbit has not released a standout "killer app," but the potential of its universal proxy offers users many possible application scenarios.
