At the 2024 Baidu Cloud Wisdom Conference, Baidu Intelligent Cloud announced the successful upgrade of the Qianfan Large Model Platform to version 3.0 and released the latest "report card." The platform has helped users fine-tune 30,000 large models, develop over 700,000 enterprise-level applications, and the daily call volume of the Ernie large model exceeds 700 million times.
To meet the needs of enterprises in the large model industry, the Qianfan Large Model Platform 3.0 has undergone comprehensive upgrades at multiple levels. The platform now supports the use of nearly a hundred large models from both domestic and international sources, including the Ernie series, and is also compatible with various traditional small models such as voice and vision. In terms of cost, the flagship Ernie large model has seen a price reduction of over 90%, while the main models are now completely free.
In application development, the Qianfan platform has launched comprehensive upgrades for enterprise-level RAG and enterprise-level Agent development, and introduced the low-code AI application development platform "AI SuDa," allowing users to create AI applications with just one sentence. In terms of model development, Qianfan 3.0 offers the most comprehensive large model toolchain, supporting the development of traditional models in computer vision, natural language processing, and voice, while also achieving unified management and scheduling of resources such as data, models, and computing power, dedicated to providing enterprises with one-stop development services for both large and small models.
