This article discusses the application of AI in the e-commerce industry and shares an experimental project by 36Kr, where they attempted to open a Taobao store with zero costs using AI. By collaborating with offline factories, the project successfully achieved the entire e-commerce transaction chain from design to production to sales, and utilized virtual digital humans for live streaming to drive sales. The advancement of AI has enhanced the e-commerce experience and efficiency, with digital human live streaming emerging as a new marketing method. In the future, e-commerce will offer a shopping experience where desires are instantly fulfilled.
