Shanghai Jumpspace Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced that its smart life assistant app "Jump Inquiry" has implemented a one-click activation feature for its smart visual search function "Photo Inquiry" on the iPhone 16.
Users can now easily activate "Photo Inquiry" by using the "Camera Control" button located at the bottom right side of the iPhone 16. This innovative attempt aims to provide a smoother user experience. Additionally, users of other Apple models can quickly access "Photo Inquiry" through the Control Center or lock screen shortcuts after upgrading to the latest iOS 18 version.
The "Photo Inquiry" feature allows users to take pictures and utilize a large model to "see" questions and provide solutions. The introduction of this new feature enables users to receive assistance more intuitively and quickly when faced with issues that are difficult to describe in words. For example, users can take a photo of their dinner with the "Calorie" filter to let Jump Inquiry calculate their calorie intake; use the "Word Card" filter to learn the pronunciation and example sentences of objects in the image; or even have Jump Inquiry analyze their pets or provide reviews for food.
To further enrich the user experience, the Jump Inquiry team is developing more interesting and useful filters and encourages users to suggest the types of filters they would like to see. This update not only enhances the practicality of the Jump Inquiry app but also showcases the potential of smartphones to assist in daily life, making it an "external brain" for users. With the launch of iOS 18 and the new features of the Jump Inquiry app, users can look forward to a more convenient and intelligent mobile experience.
