Recently, Pang Donglai Commerce Group issued an important statement, issuing a stern warning regarding the unauthorized use of its founder Yu Donglai's voice that has appeared on some third-party online platforms.
The statement pointed out that multiple accounts have unlawfully generated voices similar to Yu Donglai's using AI technology, and have illegally edited and altered videos related to Pang Donglai. These actions not only include AI-generated voices but also misleading captions, which seriously affect public perception.
Pang Donglai emphasized in the statement that such unauthorized actions are a serious infringement of its copyright, aimed at gaining traffic by creating false information, resulting in damage to the online ecosystem and disorder.
The company expressed strong dissatisfaction with such behaviors and demanded that the relevant accounts immediately cease their infringing actions. Pang Donglai also stated that it will take resolute legal measures to hold accountable those responsible for these serious violations of its legitimate rights and interests.
