While large companies lead in the adoption of AI technologies, micro-enterprises with only 1 to 4 employees are also actively using AI tools, making them the second largest group of users after large enterprises.

She states that with the help of AI, she can write emails faster and provide detailed answers to specific customer questions. In Kansas City, Vanessa Jupe's company Leva utilizes AI to support new mothers in the workplace. Jupe points out that all the content on the platform is generated by AI, allowing her to provide personalized information on a larger scale, whether regarding breastfeeding or formula feeding, with content tailored to the specific needs of users.

According to data from the payroll company Gusto, about one-quarter of small businesses are implementing generative AI as a business tool. Economist Nich Treumper states that AI can help employees complete routine tasks more efficiently, allowing them to spend more time on more creative work.

Amy Reed from the Small Business Development Center in the Texas Gulf Region notes that the use of AI is expected to become more widespread in the future, especially among very small businesses. She mentions that as business owners become more aware of AI, they are gradually eliminating their doubts about the technology and are more willing to adopt and utilize these tools.
