According to research by Capgemini, currently only 10% of large enterprises are using AI agents, but it is expected that 82% of businesses plan to integrate this technology within the next three years. Google has identified six types of AI agents, including customer agents, employee agents, creative agents, data agents, code agents, and security agents.
