On January 11, 2025, JD Health Technology Co., Ltd. held the 2025 JD Health Annual Doctor Gala and Smart Medical Conference in Beijing. During the event, JD Health announced the launch of its full suite of products “AI Jingyi,” based on its online comprehensive scenario large model, as well as the industry’s first large model product “JD Zhuoyi” designed for all-scenario applications in hospitals. This initiative aims to leverage the medical large model technology of “Jingyi Qianxun” to create a service system for large model products that covers both online and offline healthcare scenarios, enhancing patient medical experiences, supporting clinical research for doctors, and optimizing hospital operational management.

The “AI Jingyi” large model product system has been newly upgraded, including AI Diagnosis Assistant 2.0, AI Research Assistant, and AI Doctor Agent. The AI Diagnosis Assistant 2.0 integrates cutting-edge AI technology and big data analysis, achieving a triage accuracy rate of 99.5%, improving electronic medical record writing efficiency by 120%, and exceeding a 90% problem resolution rate in one attempt. It provides doctors with precise and comprehensive diagnostic recommendations, helping to improve diagnostic levels and efficiency while reducing medical risks.

The AI Research Assistant contains over ten million pieces of domestic and international professional literature data, supports one-click output of medical papers, and is freely accessible to doctors. It assists doctors in collecting, analyzing, and processing research data, aiding in the production of medical papers and experimental guidance. The AI Doctor Agent, as a dedicated “digital human” for doctors, has begun internal testing. It can deeply learn doctors’ professional knowledge, thinking patterns, and communication habits, answering patient questions 24/7, providing disease education, disease management, and medication reminders, thus freeing doctors from repetitive daily tasks.

JD Health also launched “JD Zhuoyi,” the first large model product in the industry for all-scenario applications in hospitals. The “Personal Medical Concierge” targets hospital patients, offering intelligent triage and companionship services. It proactively inquires about patients' conditions, helps select treatment methods, matches doctors by department, and displays treatment steps to patients during their medical visits, achieving the goal of “more information flow, less running around for patients.”

The “Digital Twin for Doctors” is aimed at healthcare professionals, collecting patient medical history in advance, providing personalized treatment plans, differential diagnosis suggestions, and alerts for high-risk diseases. Its intelligent doctor-patient communication feature can “replace” doctors in answering patient inquiries 24/7. The “Future Digital Hospital” targets hospital administrators, serving as the hospital's “super brain” to streamline online and offline patient flow, enhance operational efficiency of hospital resources, and integrate with JD Health’s comprehensive internet healthcare services, fully supporting hospitals in improving service capabilities and reach.
