It is reported that Beijing has established a public intelligent computing power of 22,000 P, creating a resource-rich intelligent computing and green computing belt. At the same time, AI data operation platforms have been successively established, gathering over 150 high-quality datasets.
In terms of policy, Beijing places great importance on policy guidance and mechanism innovation for the AI industry, striving to create a pilot area for data foundational systems, forming a layout of "one district and three centers." This includes the establishment of a comprehensive pilot area for the market-oriented allocation of data elements, a National Data Management Center, a National Data Resource Center, and a National Data Circulation and Trading Center.
