The capabilities of the digital employee go beyond simple communication; it can assist customers with various inquiries throughout the refueling process, such as how to choose the appropriate fuel grade, how to operate the self-service pump, the procedures for transaction queries and top-ups, as well as one-click checkout for purchasing non-fuel products. Customers can easily obtain the information they need through conversations with the digital employee, enhancing the efficiency of self-service refueling.
This digital employee's services are powered by iFlytek's Spark model. Users can access the digital employee by scanning the experience QR code provided at the gas station, allowing for interaction via a web interface, which requires microphone permissions during use. This novel service not only improves customer experience but also showcases the potential of artificial intelligence in traditional industries.
