Furthermore, the Customer Intelligence Assistant helps sales teams quickly understand customer situations, fostering deeper customer connections. Utilizing generative AI technology, this assistant can rapidly generate account summaries covering recent activities, current sentiment, and contract status, drawing on data from sales, finance, and supply chain to provide a more comprehensive, personalized, and relevant account overview.
