Most positions have a starting salary of over 20,000 yuan, with some annual salaries reaching up to one million yuan. For instance, the annual salary for the deep learning researcher-AGI position can go up to 1.54 million yuan, with monthly salaries ranging between 80,000 to 110,000 yuan.
The high-paying positions come with strict requirements for applicants, who must be proficient in machine learning (deep learning), possess innovative research capabilities, have excellent programming skills, and be skilled in at least two programming languages. Additionally, candidates are expected to have substantial research achievements, having published related papers in top international conferences or journals, or having excelled in well-known competitions in the field.
In addition to high-paying positions, the core system development engineer roles at DeepSeek are also attracting attention. These positions include recruitment channels for recent graduates, with a salary range of 60,000 to 90,000 yuan, resulting in an annual salary of at least 840,000 yuan when calculated on a 14-month basis.
