According to the latest research from Omdia, despite the ongoing hype surrounding Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) applications, consumer adoption remains relatively low in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China. Survey results indicate that only 10% of respondents in these three markets regularly use GAI applications. Nevertheless, an additional 17% of respondents plan to adopt GAI in the near future, offering hope for service providers. Consumers primarily worry about the potential negative impacts of GAI, such as disrupting job functions, facilitating fraud, and spreading misinformation. Therefore, to promote GAI applications, it is essential to demonstrate their value and credibility to consumers.
