Regarding the specific refund procedures, Baidu's Ernie Bot stated that orders purchased on the official website and app that have not been invoiced will be automatically processed for refunds in the background; orders that have been invoiced will require user cooperation for the refund process. For membership orders purchased through other channels, users need to contact the original purchase channel for processing.
