Recently, the Futian District of Shenzhen and Guangzhou have successively announced the launch of "AI Civil Servants" (Smart Employees) based on the DeepSeek large model, marking an important step forward in the construction of smart government services in both areas.

According to the WeChat public account "Happy Futian," Futian District has introduced AI Smart Employees developed based on DeepSeek and upgraded its government large model to version 2.0. These "Smart Employees" not only possess the general capabilities of DeepSeek but have also been customized to fit the actual business processes of various departments, with the first batch already capable of meeting the needs of 240 business scenarios.

Currently, Futian District has launched 70 "Smart Employees" across 11 major categories, covering the entire chain of government services, including document processing, public services, emergency management, investment promotion, and more. By constructing a closed-loop ecosystem of "demand-training-scenario application-iteration," it has achieved an intelligent service upgrade that "penetrates business with technology."

Reports indicate that the time for personalized customization has been reduced from 5 days to just a few minutes, with a document format correction accuracy rate exceeding 95%, a 90% reduction in review time, and an error rate controlled within 5%, significantly enhancing the efficiency of government services.

The Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Government Services and Data Management has also recently officially deployed the DeepSeek-R1 and V3671B large models on external networks. By integrating massive amounts of government data elements, the large model will enrich the application of government service scenarios.

It is worth mentioning that the launch of this large model is implemented with the support of the Digital Guangzhou Innovation Laboratory, and has completed deep adaptation of models such as DeepSeek-R1 to domestic hardware.

The Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Government Services and Data Management revealed that it is currently planning to build a "1+3+N" smart government system based on DeepSeek, aiming to create a new digital engine supporting the modernization of Guangzhou's "12218" industrial system.

The launch of "AI Civil Servants" in both Shenzhen and Guangzhou demonstrates the immense potential of AI technology in enhancing government service efficiency and optimizing the business environment. In the future, as AI technology continues to develop, we can expect to see more "AI Civil Servants" emerge across the country, providing the public with more convenient and efficient government services.
