Recently, Tencent's electronic signature public account announced the launch of a new AI contract drafting feature. This feature is strongly supported by two major AI models, Hunyuan and DeepSeek, aimed at helping users generate contracts with just one click, greatly facilitating the contract needs in daily life.

For example, Xiao Wang, who has just entered the workforce, and his friends decided to rent an apartment together, but they only have a basic understanding of the contract terms. To protect his rights, Xiao Wang thought of using AI to generate a rental agreement. He just needs to input “Please help me draft a rental agreement” along with basic information such as rent, rental period, and number of tenants, and the AI can quickly generate a standard contract.

What’s even more surprising is that Xiao Wang can further request the AI to add specific clauses, such as “involving subletting” or “one month deposit and one month rent in advance.” The AI will automatically supplement the contract with protective clauses for tenants based on its extensive legal database, such as “no restrictions on reasonable subletting by tenants,” “prohibiting landlords from raising rent without consent,” and “the deposit must be refunded upon moving out,” ensuring the contract is compliant and protects his rights.

In addition to the contract drafting feature, Tencent's AI system also offers two practical features: “AI Contract Review” and “AI Contract Management.” The AI Contract Review can quickly identify risk information in contracts and provide corresponding suggestions, ensuring users are aware of potential risks before signing; while AI Contract Management allows users to quickly search for key information in contracts, ensuring that important content is not easily lost. These features not only improve the efficiency of contract management but also empower users to navigate complex legal terms with ease.

With the continuous advancement of AI technology, Tencent's new feature will undoubtedly provide users with more convenience, making contract generation and management simpler, more efficient, and smarter.
