The D-Bot series robots are specifically designed for automated tasks in smart factories and feature advanced safety mechanisms. These 6-axis collaborative robots boast a payload capacity of up to 30 kg and a speed of up to 200 degrees per second, significantly improving efficiency in electronic assembly, packaging, material handling, and welding. Furthermore, they seamlessly integrate with Delta's VTScada SCADA system, DIATwin digital twin platform, and machine vision systems, ensuring precision and efficiency in industrial automation processes.

In addition to the D-Bot series, Delta Electronics also launched a 240kW DC fast charger and an industrial power protection transformer uninterruptible power supply (IPT series), further showcasing its commitment to smart manufacturing and energy sustainability. This EV charger, a highly efficient dual-vehicle charging solution locally developed by Delta India's R&D and engineering team, boasts 95% efficiency, OCPP protocol compatibility, and wired/4G GSM connectivity to meet diverse application needs.

At the event, Delta Electronics also announced a $500 million investment in India, part of a commitment made in 2015 under the government's "Make in India" initiative. This investment aims to expand Delta's local operations in India and enhance its domestic manufacturing, R&D, and innovation capabilities.

Jimmy Yiin, Delta's Global Business Operations Executive Vice President, stated, "India is a key market for Delta, and we are committed to driving its industrial and energy transformation with advanced solutions." He added, "Delta's strategic investment in the Krishnagiri plant reflects our commitment to local innovation, manufacturing excellence, and sustainability. Through this investment, we aim to enhance India's self-reliance in smart manufacturing and energy infrastructure while contributing to global industry standards."

Benjamin Lin, President of Delta Electronics India, also commented, "Delta is proud to showcase our innovative smart manufacturing solutions at ELECRAMA2025. We remain focused on providing solutions that enhance industry efficiency, sustainability, and resilience."
