Reports indicate that the Chinese AI product, Manus, has gone viral overnight. It's being touted as the world's first truly universal AI agent. Examples showcased on its official website demonstrate its ability to independently think, plan, and execute complex tasks, delivering complete results.

It's understood that Manus AI's founder, Xiao Hong, established Nightingale Technology in 2015, launching "Yiban Assistant" and "Weiban Assistant." Xiao Hong is also known for another prominent AI product – Monica, an AI assistant described as All-in-One, initially released as a browser extension.

According to Qichacha APP, among the companies related to Monica, Beijing Red Butterfly Technology Co., Ltd., established in July 2023, is wholly owned by Butterfly Effect (Hong Kong) Limited. Last September, the registered capital of this company increased to $10 million. The operator of Monica is Beijing Butterfly Effect Technology Co., Ltd., founded in April 2022. In 2023, Xiao Hong transferred the equity of Butterfly Effect to Feng Qionghua and Xue Fengying, the legal representatives of Red Butterfly Company.

Furthermore, founder Xiao Hong withdrew from Wuhan Nightingale Technology Co., Ltd. in December last year. The company is currently jointly held by Beijing Minglue Software System Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tencent Industry Investment Co., Ltd.
