On March 7th, Tencent's AI-powered smart workplace, ima, announced the launch of its "Knowledge Base Plaza" feature, providing users with a new centralized platform to discover and share knowledge bases. Since the launch of knowledge base sharing on ima, users have begun leveraging this tool to create and share various professional knowledge bases, including AI legal knowledge bases created by lawyers, classroom knowledge bases created by teachers, and the "Jinwan Intelligent - Policy" knowledge base launched by Zhuhai's Jinwan District, aiming to make professional knowledge more accessible.
The newly launched "Knowledge Base Plaza" aims to simplify the discovery and utilization of these knowledge bases. Users can browse knowledge bases from various fields by accessing the "Knowledge Base Plaza" or use the search function to find relevant content. For users wishing to publish a knowledge base, simply adjust the knowledge base's permissions to publish it to the plaza. Published knowledge bases will no longer consume personal cloud storage space, and the maximum number of members for a single shared knowledge base is increased to 1 million, significantly enhancing knowledge base sharing capabilities and usage efficiency.
The "Knowledge Base Plaza" supports simultaneous access across multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, mini-programs, and applications, offering users a flexible user experience. Users can explore diverse knowledge bases on the plaza and share their findings and impressions in the comments section. The launch of this feature not only enriches ima's usage scenarios but also unlocks new possibilities for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
