On March 10th, Zhiyuan Robotics officially launched its first general-purpose embodied base large model – Genie Operator-1 (GO-1). This announcement has garnered significant attention, particularly regarding its potential in home service robots, offering a promising glimpse into the future of household management. According to Zhiyuan Robotics' official introduction, the GO-1 large model, trained on a vast amount of human video data, demonstrates exceptional performance in executing various household tasks, such as delivering cups of water, preparing meals, and greeting guests.

In terms of technical performance, GO-1 shows a significant improvement over existing models, boasting a 32% increase in average success rate. Tests reveal superior capabilities in specific tasks like pouring water, clearing tabletops, and refilling drinks. Zhiyuan Robotics attributes this progress to its newly proposed Vision-Language-Latent-Action (ViLLA) architecture, which effectively leverages high-quality datasets and extensive video data to enhance the model's generalization ability.

Furthermore, late last year, Zhiyuan Robotics, in collaboration with several institutions, announced the open-sourcing of the AgiBot World project, a million-level real-world dataset. This dataset covers over 100 real-world scenarios, with 40% dedicated to home environments and 20% to industrial settings. This dataset provides a crucial foundation for training and improving robot capabilities.

Zhiyuan Robotics highlights several key features of the GO-1 large model: Firstly, its ability to learn from human videos, enhancing its understanding of human behavior; secondly, its strong ability to quickly generalize with limited data, adapting to new tasks with minimal or even zero-shot learning; and thirdly, its ability to transfer between different robot forms, enabling flexible "one-brain-multiple-forms" applications. Through continuous evolution, GO-1 can acquire data from real-world execution, constantly optimizing and improving its abilities.

This launch by Zhiyuan Robotics marks a significant step towards the popularization of embodied intelligence in home service robots. According to analysis by Cinda Securities, advancements in AI are fundamentally driving the development of technologies such as humanoid robots and autonomous driving, making the future prospects of humanoid robot industrialization highly promising.
