On March 13th, Tencent announced a deep integration between its intelligent assistant, Tencent Yuanbao, and Tencent Docs, bringing users a more convenient and efficient office experience and potentially revolutionizing existing collaborative work models.
Previously, users had to frequently copy and paste between document editing and the intelligent assistant, a cumbersome and error-prone process. This Tencent Yuanbao upgrade successfully addresses this pain point.
Upload Instructions: Mobile: Tap the "+" in the bottom right corner and select Tencent Docs;
Web: Click "Upload Document - Upload Tencent Document";
Now, users can not only upload Tencent Docs to Yuanbao with one click, supporting various formats such as spreadsheets, documents, PPTs, PDFs, and mind maps without needing conversion; Yuanbao can directly understand and process them. Furthermore, Yuanbao's responses can be exported as Tencent Docs with one click for further editing, secondary creation, and sharing. This feature is currently available on mobile and web versions, with desktop version support coming soon.
Export Instructions: Select the conversation, click "Share," and choose "Convert to Document"
This feature significantly simplifies the office workflow. For example, when dealing with multiple complex documents, users can upload them to Yuanbao for organization, analysis, and optimization, then export them as neatly formatted Tencent Docs for presentations or team collaboration. Users can also upload and parse Tencent Docs, WeChat files, and local files together, eliminating the hassle of switching between numerous windows.
