At the 2025 Shanghai AWE exhibition, Tmall proudly launched "Jiazuo," a pioneering AI design tool for the e-commerce industry, providing a comprehensive and efficient design solution for home appliance, furniture, and home decoration businesses. With this innovative tool, merchants can simply upload product images to generate various styles of scene images with a single click, achieving results comparable to professional photography. This marks a significant improvement in visual marketing competitiveness for merchants.

"Jiazuo" features an AI studio shooting function, capable of generating over 80 styles of scene images and supporting custom designs through uploaded reference images or text input. Even more impressive is the newly launched AI model function, which simulates realistic human effects. For example, when an AI model is lying on a pillow, the wrinkles in the image are almost indistinguishable from reality. This high-fidelity effect makes product displays more attractive.

According to a representative from the Mosen brand, the AI design assistant significantly reduces the workload of designers, allowing them to focus on creative design. Over the past year, nearly 2,000 scene images have been generated using Jiazuo, including over 900 images featuring models, resulting in cost savings exceeding 1.4 million yuan.

To date, "Jiazuo" has attracted over 130,000 merchants, including well-known brands such as Yuan Shi Mu Yu, Mosen, and Quan You. Yu Cheng, Tmall's product manager for Jiazuo, emphasized that AI technology significantly improves operational efficiency for merchants, compressing the traditional 2-3 day design process to just a few minutes while maintaining realistic visual effects.

In addition to the AI design tool, Tmall has launched a series of AI tools in areas such as live streaming, marketing, and customer service, aiming to comprehensively improve the operational efficiency of home appliance and furniture merchants. For live streaming, merchants only need a green screen to create virtual live streaming scenes; while Taobao's official digital human can provide 24/7 live streaming services. In marketing, AI Xiao Wan provides personalized consulting and advertising placement solutions, significantly saving time.

In customer service, the "Dian Xiaomi" intelligent customer service system uses advanced models to achieve accurate question-and-answer, effectively reducing customer service costs. Meanwhile, the business management platform integrates various functions, saving merchants approximately 30% of their time daily and significantly boosting productivity.

At this exhibition, Tmall also showcased the latest AI products developed in collaboration with numerous home appliance and technology brands, including AI refrigerators and robotic vacuum cleaners. Furthermore, the virtual home experience cabin jointly created by Taobao Vision and Tmall Home Enjoy Life further enhances the consumer shopping experience, signifying a new trend in future AI shopping.
