Recently, HeHe Information collaborated with Shanghai University and South China University of Technology to release the industry's first ancient Yi script basic encoding database. This database utilizes AI technology to digitally encode ancient Yi script, establishing a query database akin to a comprehensive dictionary. This facilitates scholars and enthusiasts in more conveniently accessing the pronunciation and meanings of ancient Yi script. The project team stated that the release of the database is a significant measure in preserving linguistic heritage and offers new insights for the digitalization of ancient Yi script. It demonstrates that AI can play a crucial role in the digital transformation of traditional culture, opening new avenues for cultural preservation.
