April 16, 2025 - To improve the efficiency of configuring intelligent agents (AI Agents) with external tools, Ant's intelligent agent platform - Toolbox - has launched the "MCP Zone," fully supporting the deployment and invocation of various MCP services. Developers can use Toolbox to access over 30 MCP services, including Alipay, Amap, and Wuying, setting up an agent connected to MCP services in as little as 3 minutes.

MCP is a context service protocol for multi-agent systems. It allows different agents to understand each other's "working language." Any agents conforming to the MCP standard can handshake and work together to serve users. Launched last November, it quickly gained industry acclaim. The Toolbox's "MCP Zone," with its full integration of MCP services, helps agents efficiently call external tools, complete task setup, and accelerate productivity transformation.
"Toolbox" is a one-stop intelligent agent development platform from Ant Group for AI developers. It supports the integration of mainstream large models such as DeepSeek, Tongyi Qianwen, Kimi, and Zhipu, providing over 50 plugins and nearly 100 tools. Leveraging Alipay's application ecosystem, it currently offers intelligent agents across various sectors including travel, government services, education, and catering. In the tourism sector, the platform has developed benchmark agents such as "Hang Xiaoyi," "Huang Xiaosong," and "Hu Xiaoyou," and launched China's first conference intelligent agent, "Tong Xiaowu." Toolbox not only supports one-click publishing to multiple ecosystem channels but can also be integrated into enterprise business systems via APIs or SDKs for enhanced experience and intelligent decision-making.
