Recently, the world's first AI Security Summit was successfully held at Bletchley Park in the UK, where representatives from 28 countries, including China and the United States, attended and signed the Bletchley AI Declaration. The declaration calls for AI research institutions and companies to design, develop, and use AI in a responsible manner. It acknowledges the tremendous potential of AI to improve human life while also warning of the harm that AI development could cause, aiming to mitigate risks through regulatory measures. The conference, which lasted two days, saw active participation from government representatives of various countries, international organizations, research institutions, and businesses, with a focus on discussing the risks posed by AI technology. Countries like China are willing to strengthen international cooperation and exchanges in the field of AI safety, working together to establish a global governance consensus framework.
