On October 19th, the artificial intelligence startup Imbue secured an additional $12 million in joint funding, becoming a Silicon Valley unicorn. The large models trained by Imbue have over 100 billion parameters and have built AI agents capable of coding. The founder, Qiu Kanjun, was an early member of Dropbox and is skilled at building communities. Imbue's goal is to construct AI agents, as noble as the historical creation of personal computers.
