According to reports from South Korean media outlet The Elec, Samsung plans to unveil its next-generation flagship series, the Galaxy S24, ahead of schedule on January 17, 2024, incorporating a host of advanced AI features. This move is aimed at boosting sales performance for the first half of next year. The launch event for the Galaxy S24 series will take place in California, where the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra will be revealed. Samsung also intends to introduce new features such as "Live Translate Call" and a generative AI model named "Gauss," aiming to integrate advanced AI tools into everyday applications. This initiative is expected to address the long-standing issue of feature bloat in Samsung phones and challenge Google's AI-equipped Pixel 8. Recent updates indicate that a Samsung phone with the model number SM-S928B/DS has appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards website, suggesting that the Galaxy S24 series may be released in early January next year.
