Previously, this feature was exclusively available to Windows Insider users. Now, it is accessible to all users within Microsoft Paint, allowing them to utilize this AI-driven technology. Additionally, Microsoft has integrated the text-to-image generation capabilities of DALL-E3 into products such as the Bing search chatbot and the Copilot AI assistant.
