Cohere has released the 'Build Your Own Connectors' feature, allowing enterprises to securely connect data from third-party applications such as Slack and Google Drive to their large language models. Supporting fine-tuning across the four major cloud providers, this marks Cohere as the first AI company to offer fine-tuning on all four major cloud platforms. The launch includes 100 'Quick Start Connectors' to enhance the practicality of enterprise conversational AI solutions. The connectors enable enterprise models to securely access company data, using retrieval-augmented generation techniques to view precise answers.
