Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Baidu Intelligent Cloud jointly released the Magnolia Science Model 2.0. This version includes "Legal Open Source" and "Chemical Synthesis 2.0". Among them, the Magnolia Science Model — Legal Open Source, through domain pre-training and fine-tuning in judicial application scenarios, surpasses other open-source Chinese general-purpose large models. This collaboration is very important for advancing the development of AI for Science, and the partnership between the two sets a new benchmark for in-depth collaboration between academia and industry.
