The Alibaba Tongyi Lab XR Lab has open-sourced a new model for generating 3D content from text descriptions, capable of creating corresponding 3D models and textures. The open-sourced models include two major versions: Text-to-ND and Text-to-ND-MV. The Tongyi Lab XR Lab has released the basic version of Text-to-ND and its Multi-View version, catering to different levels of algorithm development needs. Additionally, they have open-sourced the optimization code for distilling (Score Distillation Sampling) 3D models from these large models, enabling the direct generation of 3D models from text.
