The survey suggests that employers still have room for development in adopting next-generation technologies, with only 19% implementing technologies like Generative AI. Ethical AI principles are considered crucial for effective AI adoption, accounting for 42%. Key aspects of employers' strategies include enhancing collaboration between artificial intelligence and humans, as well as retraining employees. By 2024, employers will need to align with the expectations of Gen Z, meeting their demands for flexible work arrangements and technology-driven environments.
