NetEase Youdao unveiled the nation's first educational large model, "Zi Yue" 2.0, at a launch event on January 3rd. The company also introduced three innovative applications and a new smart hardware product developed based on the large model. Among them, the most anticipated is the AI family tutor, "Xiao P Teacher," which offers support for all academic stages and subjects, and stimulates children's thinking through interactive communication. Youdao also launched the virtual human spoken English private tutor Hi Echo 2.0 and Youdao Quick Read, designed to help students improve their English speaking skills and quickly comprehend document content. Zhou Feng, CEO of Youdao, stated that large models will be the main trend in artificial intelligence development in the coming years, and the application of the "Zi Yue" educational large model is accelerating its implementation in various educational scenarios.
