The pocket-sized device R1 from startup company Rabbit achieved a surprising performance on its launch day, selling 10,000 units of the AI device priced at $199, marking the sell-out of the initial batch. Equipped with a 2.88-inch touch screen, R1 runs on Rabbit's proprietary operating system and utilizes the "Large Action Model" technology as a universal controller, enabling centralized control of multiple applications without the need for a smartphone. Although the first batch of devices has sold out, users can still pre-order R1 on Rabbit's official website with an expected delivery between April and May 2024.
