Large models represent the next frontier in the evolution of smartphone photography. The integration of large models with mobile imaging enables the combination of AIGC content with captured images, shifts AI capabilities from application-level to system-level, and allows for over-the-air updates to mobile imaging capabilities. This will trigger a new round of technological competition among smartphone manufacturers. To seize the strategic high ground of large models combined with imaging, manufacturers must focus on updating AI infrastructure, accurately grasping AI applications, and building AI aesthetic capabilities.
