A developer named Roni Bandini was troubled by his neighbor's daily reggaeton music. To combat this noise pollution, he created a "smart noise cancellation" device using a Raspberry Pi. This Raspberry Pi project can detect music played by nearby Bluetooth speakers and identify if it is reggaeton. Upon successful identification, it interferes with the speaker's playback, causing sound distortion. The core component of this device is the Raspberry Pi 3B+, connected to a DFRobot OLED display. It receives sound through a microphone and uses Edge Impulse to train an AI model for music recognition.
