Recently, the highly anticipated French AI company Mistral announced the launch of its AI chatbot, Le Chat, which has emerged as a strong competitor to ChatGPT. Le Chat is now open for Beta testing, allowing users to sign up as Beta testers to experience both free and paid versions. Microsoft has recently entered into a partnership agreement with Mistral to accelerate the latter's artificial intelligence development. Mistral has become the second company to offer commercial language models on Microsoft's Azure cloud platform, with an estimated valuation of approximately €2 billion. Microsoft has invested at least $13 billion in OpenAI.
