French AI company Mistral has launched a chatbot named Le Chat, competing with ChatGPT. Le Chat is currently in the Beta testing phase and operates on a pay-as-you-go model based on tokens. Mistral has partnered with Microsoft to accelerate artificial intelligence development, making it the second company on Microsoft Azure's platform to offer commercial language models.
